Dr. Kurt Günther, our specialist in surgical orthopaedics and traumatology, an official medical consultant to the German Consulate General.

He studied medicine at Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, was trained in surgical orthopaedics and traumatology in the university hospital "Hospital General Nuestra Señora Del Mar de Barcelona”. Until 2004 he was senior physician in the district hospital of Blanes (Girona), since then he has been affiliated with various hospitals in Barcelona.

Dr. Javier Sarmiento, our specialist in internal and intensive care medicine, is official medical consultant to the German Consulate General.

He studied medicine at Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona, was trained in internal and intensive care medicine in the university clinics "Hospital Clinico y Provincial de Barcelona", "Hospital Universitario Joan XXIII de Tarragona" and "Hospital de Sant Pau i Sta.Tecla de Tarragona". Since 1988 he is senior physician in the intensive care unit at the "Hospital Universitario Germans Trias y Pujol in Badalona", since 2000 he is chief physician in the department of internal medicine in "Clínica Nuestra Señora del Remedio" in Barcelona.
